Villa Bianchini has been owned by the Bianchini family (later becoming Bianchini Riccardi in 1864) since 1845. The villa is surrounded by a large agricultural estate still owned by the family.

Villa Bianchini was renovated in 2019 at the behest of lawyer Riccardo Bianchini Riccardi to honor the history of his family and all those people who, over the last two centuries, worked on the 7 farmsteads and lived in the 5 farmhouses of the property.

The renovation, aimed at equipping the villa with all the comforts and technologies available today, was nevertheless respectful of the original layout of the property, which continues to be at the center of the family's agricultural activity.
